The Global Service LEAN team is responsible for coordinating further our Service Business' continuous improvement and growth culture. We coordinate the process for Strategy Deployment, work on establishing global concepts, and implement breakthrough improvements based on world class methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
In this role you will develop professionally in a high-achieving and high-paced team in a global environment. You will have great impact and influence on the profitability and development of our business. For the right candidate this position will be a platform for further professional and leadership development in a global organization.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing scoped projects for execution
Implement Lean/Cost-Out projects as directed by Head of Operations
Direct and facilitate cross-functional workshops and teams
Support closure of key actions related to operational priorities
Reduce operational costs through Lean/Six Sigma/Cost-Out project completion
Be the motivation for progress on improvement
Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of Continuous Improvement or Quality experience
Experience with Process Improvement & Value Stream Mapping
Proven history of success in big corporations
Must have extensive experience bringing about improvements
Effective interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with change management and implementation
Established project management skills
Experience facilitating meetings with executive leaders and other key stakeholder groups
Ability to speak effectively before external groups, customers, and employees
Competencies
Able to connect improvement with operational and financial performance
Creative problem-solving skills
Ability to create impact & receive buy from management teams and functional teams
Quality written/verbal presentation and communication skills
