As Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L for all sites in the region. Your main responsibility will be setting and facilitating Safety and Operational Strategy.
Guide Service Managers on the wind farms and ensure that they have the best prerequisites to guild their teams to success
Ensure customer satisfaction and set a strategy for customers and operations in the area
Create Long Term Strategy and maintain regional P&L balance, KPIs, turnover and budget for the region in collaboration with the Regional Director and Business Vice President
Safeguard effective deployment of resources, processes and procedures and make investment proposals to improve the Onshore Service organization and actively support business activities to increase operational and financial efficiency
Ensure that health and safety at work and environmental policies are implemented, maintained, and updated as per local requirements
Stay updated on the wind/sustainable energy market and development within your region
Relevant Bachelor’s degree and applicable work experience
Solid experience from working in a similar position in a service organization within the wind or related industry
Proven experience with leadership and people management
Good business skills and a customer-focused, solution- and improvement-oriented mindset
Financial insight and experience with full P&L responsibility, which includes knowledge of key figures and KPIs
Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others
You take full ownership of issues in your area until a solution has been identified and implemented
Great communication skills, combined with a commercial and strategic mindset
Experience with change and conflict management
Good stakeholder management skills and a growth mindset, always aiming to understand the need of our customers
