The Head of Business Process Excellence reports directly to the Regional COO with responsibility to define business process improvement and business process governance, and direct the strategy process for the AME COO Regional. Support the COO in their daily work, primarily on the regional/strategic level, but may include some more operational problem solving and mitigation activities.

Understand operational processes and Customer requirements along with Voice of Customer to facilitate the strategy development, alignment, execution process and performance management together with the senior leadership team
Prepare and run strategy-related meetings and summits and ensure follow-up on decisions and tasks
Identify and improve governance or control deficiencies and work with business process owners to facilitate the creation of action plans and timetables to correct the deficiencies noted
Coordinates process workshops along with team members to capture As-Is and Should-Be processes and measurement metrics
Quantify impact of process pain points through data analysis and recommend solutions for process improvement at business level and operations level
Handles cross-functional projects to define improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals
Identify the KPI's for Standards and implement measurement in the organization

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain; MBA preferred
5+ years working in operations, supply chain or continuous improvement leadership role
Must have a solid level of business insight such as knowledge of P&L levers
Invaluable skills in handling major projects that improve process metrics, targeted financial benefits, and achieve company goals
Great change management skills with the ability to apply varying leadership skills and traits that create solutions and results to unexpected situations.

Significant energy and ability to energize others in a innovative and changing organization
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and supervise multiple tasks concurrently with emphasis on attention to detail
Identify and solve problems strategically; search out relevant information and gauge its importance when making decisions
Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms
Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
